Our founder, Imran, and the team behind Pulse bring 20 years in NEMT and cash-pay transportation.

Pulse is built from that experience. Every rule in the product answers a problem he ran into on a real day: the late trip nobody flagged, the driver who called out, the passenger nobody confirmed, the pay run that took all week.

Pulse never takes a trip from a driver who is running late to cover another trip.

Always service the contract.

Trip value decides who gives something up. It never decides whether the contract is served.

Late is set by the contract.

Each contract has its own on-time window and waiting time. The board follows them.

One driver, one account.

Drivers are contractors who may work for several companies. One account covers all of them. Companies never see each other’s work.
