A clearer record of the transportation your members receive.

A missed ride becomes a member-service problem.
When a member calls about transportation, your team needs a clear account of what happened.
That starts with the provider’s operation. How was the trip assigned? What activity was recorded? How were changes documented?
Members who are told
Providers send live ETAs and texts from their own number.
Late trips seen early
Pulse flags trips at risk of running late.
A record for every trip
Each step has a time. Each edit has a name.
How a trip is documented on Pulse.
The provider creates the trip once
It stays one record from dispatch to claim. Trips from MAS, Sentry, ModivCare and MTM arrive by integration. Nothing is re-entered along the way.
The driver and vehicle are cleared
Pulse blocks assignment when a required document has expired. A member’s trip can only go to a cleared driver and vehicle.
The member is told
Live ETAs and texts go out from the provider’s own number. The member knows when the vehicle is coming. When a member replies Not Going, the trip cancels and the broker is told.
The late trip is seen early
The board flags trips at risk of running late against each contract’s window. The provider can act before the member is left waiting.
Each step is recorded
The driver’s phone records every step with the time, from arrival at pickup to drop-off. The record is built as the trip runs, not written up afterwards.
Every change is logged
You can see who edited a trip and when. A closed bookout never changes. Access follows role, so each person sees only what their role requires.

Before you schedule
Does Pulse determine whether a trip is fraudulent?
No. Pulse records operational activity. Those records may support a review. They do not independently establish that a trip occurred as billed, and they do not determine fraud.
How does Pulse help reduce fraud, waste and abuse?
Pulse keeps the record: steps with times, edits with names, and credential checks before a trip is assigned. Trips that did not run as billed are easier to find.
Does our plan get direct access to provider trips?
Yes. Your plan can log in to Pulse to view trips and add trips. The provider owns the trip data.
Can we receive reports or exports?
Yes. Your plan can export trip information as CSV.
How is member information handled?
A Business Associate Agreement is signed at onboarding. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each user sees only what their role requires.
How does pricing work for plans?
We send pricing as a PDF in advance, so you have it before the call.
