Have the trip record when your contract depends on it.
Pulse connects dispatch, driver activity and billing. Your team can trace a trip, explain a change and answer questions about the work you delivered.

When someone questions a trip, the record should be easy to find.
A pickup time is disputed. A claim needs an explanation. Someone asks who changed the trip.
Your team should follow the record without piecing it together from separate systems. Your contracts depend on it.
One record for each trip
It runs from dispatch to claim.
A name and a time on every edit
You see who changed what.
Claims from the same system
Nothing is typed twice.
Pulse follows a trip from assignment to billing.
Create the trip once
You enter the trip in Pulse, or it arrives from MAS, Sentry, ModivCare or MTM by integration. It stays one record from dispatch to billing. Nothing is typed into a second system.
Check documents before assignment
Pulse blocks driver assignment when a required document has expired. The trip can only go to a cleared driver and vehicle. Your contract is never served by someone who should not be on the road.
Run the trip
The driver works from the Pulse app. Arrival at pickup, departure and drop-off are recorded on the driver’s phone, each with the time. Dispatch follows the trip without calling the driver.
Watch the contract’s service window
Each contract has its own on-time window and waiting time. The board colours a trip as it gets close to that window, not a fixed 15 minutes. Dispatch can act before the trip is late.
Review what happened
Open any trip to see the recorded driver steps and their times. The edit history shows who changed what, and when. When a trip is questioned, your team answers from the record.
Bill from the same record
Submit Medicaid claims to eMedNY from the same record you dispatched. Broker billing follows each broker’s process. A closed bookout never changes, so what you billed stays on file.

One record, not three systems
Dispatch, driver activity and the claim stay together. You stop matching them by hand.
Edits have names
When a number changes, you can see who changed it.
Your base stays your own
You keep your drivers, contracts and customers. Pulse supplies the technology.
A switch measured in days
We move your data in 2 to 3 days.
Before you schedule
Does Pulse guarantee that we pass an audit or keep a contract?
No. Pulse helps your team keep and find trip information. Audit findings and contract decisions depend on the rules that apply and on your operations.
Does Pulse submit Medicaid claims?
Pulse submits Medicaid work to eMedNY from the same system you dispatch in. Broker billing follows each broker’s process.
What can we see when a trip changes?
The trip’s edit history shows who made a change and when.
How long does switching take?
About 2 to 3 days. We move your data.
What happens to our records if we leave?
Your records belong to your base. If you leave, you can export them.
How does pricing work?
Pulse is charged per completed trip and billed monthly. There is no setup fee and no monthly minimum. We go through your volume on the call.
