Understand the transportation your program delivers.
Pulse helps providers coordinate trips, treat passengers with care and keep records of service activity. See how that information could support your agency’s oversight.
For towns, counties and agencies that fund or run community transportation.

Every service question starts with what happened on the trip.
A resident reports a missed pickup. A provider needs to explain a delay. Your team reviews the service it funded.
Residents depend on these rides. Many are older, or have a disability. A useful record shows the order of events and where more information is needed.
Passengers who are informed
Providers send live ETAs and texts from their own number.
Drivers who are cleared
Expired documents block assignment.
A record to review
Each step has a time. Each edit has a name.
How providers run and record a trip on Pulse.
Providers dispatch on Pulse
Each trip is created once and stays one record. Dispatch, driver activity and billing all come from the same data.
Drivers and vehicles are cleared
Pulse blocks assignment when a required document has expired. A trip can only go to a cleared driver and vehicle.
Passengers are kept informed
Live ETAs and texts go out from the provider’s own number. Passengers know when the vehicle is coming.
Delays are flagged
The board flags trips at risk of running late against each service window. Providers see the problem before the passenger is left waiting.
Uncovered trips are returned
Drivers use Call Out when they cannot cover a trip. The trip goes back to dispatch instead of being missed. Providers can share trips with trusted partners through Trip XChange.
The trip is recorded
Each step has a time. Every edit is logged with the name and time. Access follows role. Pulse records the activity. Your program decides what it means.
