A driver opts in to text messages from Pulse in the Pulse Driver app, on either screen where they first enter their mobile number: creating an account, or joining with an invitation code. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and rates

Frequency depends on the driver’s own activity: one message per code requested and one per invitation, a few a month at most. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to stop messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email support@dispatch.software. After STOP, verification codes cannot be sent, so signing in needs a START first.
